Improve your business processes

The business analyst (BA) supports the business in the organization and improvement of business processes. He/she functions as a spider in the web between the business departments and the supporting departments such as IT, Marketing and HRM. The BA helps to ensure specific results by setting up, changing or improving business processes, with or without the support of information technology. This course, based on best practices and THREON field experience, gives you the necessary material to take the first steps in Business analysis or broaden your knowledge about it.

During this training, we work with a case, on which the different techniques can be applied. Despite the variety of subjects, exercises are also offered that give you the chance to turn theory into practice.

Apart from the techniques, we also devote some time to the soft skills needed in this specific discipline.
