Dear PMI Luxembourg Chapter Member,
We are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Assembly of Members to be held on Tuesday, 12 January 2016 at 7pm; details on the venue to be communicated at a later date.
All members in good standing as of 31 July 2015 of the PMI Luxembourg Chapter, are welcome to attend this meeting. Non-chapter members are not permitted to attend the meeting.
Due to the exceptional circumstance of the Chapter being in a probationary period, the members of the Chapter Re-establishment Team, some of whom are not members (and thus also without voting rights), will be in attendance to present some of the agenda items.
As explained in the election announcement document, a General Assembly will be organised and the Agenda will include:
- Ratification of the elected candidates to form the new Board;
- Ratification of the person to hold the vacant position of Director of Marketing and Communication;
- Financial Report;
- Chapter Strategy;
- Call for Volunteers.
In accordance with Article IX of the PMI Luxembourg Chapter Bylaws, if you are unable to attend the General Assembly, you can provide one proxy to another member in good standing as of 31 July 2015, via a signed proxy with your name, postal address and PMI ID to be provided at the General Assembly.
Before the Christmas and New Year's holidays, you will receive an email to confirm the meeting location including a link for you to register for this event.
