"What is Pecha Kucha?" -- you might ask. Pecha Kucha is a presentation style, which consists of 20 slides of pictures and 20 seconds presentation time per slide. This style makes the presentation amusing and gives the possibility from multiple speakers and different topics to discuss!

Sujet: Développer une stratégie publique régionale - obtenir le consensus à 15 ? 

La gestion de programmes public à l’échelle supranationale porte son lot de complexité, par leurs envergures, leurs diversités institutionnelles, leurs dimensions techniques ainsi que leurs dimensions sociales et politiques à appréhender. Ceux-ci sont souvent tributaires de la capacité des gestionnaires à adapter les bonnes méthodologies, processus et outils aux spécificités organisationnelles et aux particularités sectorielles publiques.

Cette contribution à l’ouvrage collectif présente une approche qui met en évidence des exemples de bonnes pratiques et retour d’expérience dans le domaine de l’élaboration de politiques, règlements et normes régionales. Ce récit identifie de nombreux éléments essentiels à prendre en compte avant et après le lancement d’un programme régional. Présenté en termes pratiques et orientés vers l’action il vise à stimuler les responsables politiques, les services publics, le secteur privé et les organisations de la société civile vers l’adoption d’une approche de politique intégrée pour la gestion des problématiques dans le secteur public. Cet ouvrage contribue à l’institutionnalisation de la gestion de projets pour une meilleure performance de l’action publique.

PRESENTATRICE :

Olola VIEYRA-MIFSUD, experte sur les thématiques d’efficacité énergétique, d’accès à l’énergie, d’atténuation du changement climatique, elle est co-fondatrice de l’entreprise Energie Bâtiment Management & Compagnie qui vise à combler le fossé en matière d’accès à l’énergie en Afrique Subsaharienne grâce à la technologie LED. Olola Vieyra-Mifsud possède plusieurs années d’expérience en développement de stratégie, gestion et suivi de projets/programmes internationaux et politiques publiques. Elle est titulaire d’un Master en Politiques Publiques de l’Université de Singapour, d’un Master en Affaires Publiques de Sciences Po Paris, et diplômée de l’HEC Montréal.

 Sujet: Le coaching au service de la bonne gouvernance de projet ?

L'évolution des environnements de projet et l’évolution du marché, font qu'un chef de projet, au-delà des compétences techniques, doit avoir aussi des compétences relationnelles et comportementales, qui sont nécessaires pour obtenir le meilleur des équipes engagées. Ainsi et à travers un cas je raconte dans ce chapitre, nous allons voir que le métier de chef de projet a évolué vers un métier de chef de projet-coach.

PRESENTATEUR :

Halim ABSI, a travaillé dans des grandes multinationales et il a eu à mener plusieurs projets à l'international. Dans sa gestion de projet, il a su capitaliser non pas uniquement sur les méthodes et outils de gestion de projet mais aussi sur le volet capital humain compte tenu de la diversité des cultures, des valeurs et d'expertises de chaque membre de l'équipe de projet qu'il a été amené à gérer. Toujours avec un esprit d'entrepreneur, il a créé ABS Consulting dont l'objectif principal est d'accompagner les chefs de projet dans leurs performances tant techniques que comportementales. De formation ingénieur Informatique de la Faculté de Sciences de Tunis, il est aussi membre du PMI Tunisia Chapter et de ICF (International Coaching Federation). Il est certifié PMP® par le PMI® et en cours de certification ACC (Associate Certified Coach) de ICF.

PMI Belgium introduces a series of online workshops (3 Saturday mornings) Saturday February 6th, 13th, 20th  from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The goals are:

  • Make it much easier for people to learn and practice project management
  • Make it much easier for any person to teach project management

The trainers introduce a project scenario and ask the participants to run the project and therefore do the necessary activities to run the project

What people can expect from the Learn Thru Practice workshop?

  • Hands on overview of how a project works
  • Have practiced the following steps and techniques
    • Create the Project Summary document (why, objective, business case)
    • Break down a project into deliverables
    • Write requirement documents with quality criteria
    • Describe the main project output
    • Define and follow up on risks
    • Visualize the project data and break project into cycles, etc…
  • Have confidence and practical knowledge to continue with project management
