Running a project can sometimes be a thankless task. It is not unusual to spend months feeling under assault from all sides!

The purpose of the Luxembourg PM Mentoring 'Campfire' is to create a space and opportunity where PMs can come together to share and learn from each other's project concerns and experiences, and practice coaching skills with fellow PMs.

If you plan to attend, please send us the topic you would like to discuss. That will give us an opportunity to prepare and share the agenda. Topics in the past have been people, project and company related. For example: "What can I do when handed an obviously losing project?"

Registration is open to PMI Luxembourg members only and attendance is limited to 12.
